Despite the name, the TX Pilot Ghost Edition wasn’t intended for Halloween. Instead, the stunning all-white timepiece looks like a spooky apparition fit for a stylishly-dressed ghost. That means you. In case you’ve already died and are haunting us right now. Woooo.
Engineered in the same way as the aeronautically-inspired TX Pilot watches from early in the year, the Ghost Edition easily sets itself apart due to its powdery looks. The matte white finish is blinding, almost like you just ran in from a snowstorm or dipped your arm on a can of fresh paint.
The chronograph watch comes in a 47mm stainless steel case with a single color for the entire body and accents. Sculpted matte white dial features dual retrograde display, a four-hour fly-back chronograph, and Luminova indices and hands, enclosed inside a sapphire crystal glass cover. Mechanism uses TX’s proprietary movement and it’s water-resistant up to 10 ATM.
No, you can’t pretend to be a ghost just because you’re wearing a Ghost Edition timepiece. I’m pretty sure it’s going to go well with your all-white P. Diddy outfit from 2007, though. You still do own that, right? Admit it.
The TX Pilot Ghost Edition is scheduled for release in Spring of 2010 at a $525 price tag. Those who can’t wait that long can get one of the first 100 pieces that will be dropped at select TX Watches retailers during the holiday season. Price will probably be a bit higher, though, so best just sit tight till the regular release is due.
