Has anyone considered what would happen if something was spilled on top of the table? Coffee and books are great together, however coffee + books = coffee flavoured inky pulp. That being said, I do love the crazy angles this table sits at, the deconstructive style is very appealing.

I wonder if the designer of this table intended the side shelf to be used as anything other than a book holder. Nonetheless, the foot rest option is definitely appealing. I am in love with the though of reclining on a sofa with my feet resting on the convenient curves of this coffee table. Also, the finishing of this table is charming and would add to the aesthetics of any room.

Coffee and books. There is a definite connection. It is strange that such a design has taken so long coming. Fair enough, nobody though of such a breathtaking concept and Dave Pickett deserves all the applause. It is a matter of personal opinion, but concealed supports are not my favorites. I might have to change my mind now, as the overall impact of this ultra cool furniture item has wiped off the unfavorable impressions of unusual wooden geometries.

The shape is confusing, but there is no doubt in my mind that this amazing coffee table cum bookshelf would find a fair share of enthusiasts once it makes its way into the markets. Modern lifestyle does warrant experimentation with furniture, and this would have been the belief that led to the conceptualization of this multi-purpose table.

Home décor is becoming more and more interesting, as is evident from this amazing furniture. We have all seem many variations to the conventional coffee tables, but this one has thrown all conventions out of the window. The results are impressive. And the best part is that there is no compromise on the utility of the table, which unfortunately is the case with the designs of many amateur designers. I really hope this design makes its way to the furniture stores.

Hmm. A completely fresh concept in home furnishing. I am always in awe of ground breaking designs, and this qualifies as one for sure. The images are awe inspiring and my bet would be that this table is about to change we think about furniture.
