Dressing up your iPhone and iPod can be a tricky business. Unless you know what you’re doing, there’s a good chance you’ll end up rocking an eyesore of a hardware. Aaah…hundreds of dollars worth of ugly.
The iaPeel printable skin is an adhesive paper sized to fit iPods, iPod Touches and iPhones. They work seamlessly with inkjet printers, allowing you to produce custom photo-quality images that you can use to outfit your gadgets.
According to the company, the gadget skin uses a unique adhesive that leaves no residue when you peel it off.  That way, if you decide that having a Hannah Montana image on your everyday phone wasn’t the smartest idea (I know, it seemed so funny at the time), you can simply take it off and start from scratch. Maybe slap a Celine Dion print instead.
Laden with durable qualities, the iaPeel features a scratch-resistant surface that sees your prints stay intact through regular handling. It comes with an easy-to-apply design that uses a “built-in precision alignment system” to ensure a perfect fit, so you don’t get those annoying bubbles that usually pop up when you cut out your own gadget skins.
The iaPeel is sold in sets of five for $17.95, with custom sizes each for all iPod and iPhone models. You can add an extra $3 to get it with a software CD which you’ll need to create the correct types of print.
