For practical daily use, the 1,000 Denier will be more than strong enough for the pack. 1,200 Denier would work, but could also be overkill for a simple backpack.

John Goodman is underrated as an actor in my opinion. His character as the father figure in Coyote Ugly showed how versatile he could be as a serious actor. Loved that movie for the cute girls, but John Goodman’s character was still my favorite, especially where he danced on the bar at the end!

I got a 64-ounce Yeti Growler. It’s designed for beer, but I use it when I go car camping overnight for coffee. I stop at the gas station and fill it up with coffee before I hit the campsite. I no longer have to mess around with brewing coffee over a campfire using my percolator. 64 ounces of coffee is more than enough for 2 days for myself. Never used the cheap Walmart ones, but I wouldn’t expect those to keep my coffee hot as long as my Yeti growler can.

I used to send my wallet through the washer regularly too. As a joke, my girlfriend taped up a sign on the washer that says “Remove wallet.” 6 months later and the sign is still there and I haven’t sent it through since. Sometimes something as simple as a taped up note can save a lot of hassle. I don’t miss removing all the contents from my wallet and waiting for everything to dry.

They should sell earplugs at concerts. I don’t see how these kids go to concerts and not wear earplugs. It gets so dang loud, especially with some of the rap and rock music they play. The bass is booming to loud. I wonder how many people have developed hearing loss or tinnitus from attending concerts that were too loud.

I also began using some at my local movie theatre. For some reason, they have audio way too loud, but everyone else seems fine with it. I know I have hearing loss, so these people must think this is a normal audio level when it isnjt.

Leather driving gloves should feel skinny when you put them on the first time. The reasoning so they form to fit your hands. It will be like a custom fit leather glove once you begin wearing them long enough. I agree that the brown leather does look much better than black leather.

There are the inexpensive battery operated toothbrushes that spin around, but my dentist recommended one that uses Ultrasonic waves as the Sonicare does. There is a huge difference. I have not used this particular toothbrush, but I have been using Sonicare for a few years. Best investment in my oral health I ever made.

Click on the Garmin and read up on it, but then while your at Amazon go and look at the Wahoo Element too. I have used both. I sent the Garmin back and kept the Wahoo. The Wahoo Element is the best value bicycle computer on the market.

The Wahoo Element is much easier to change your mapped route out while in the middle of your ride or run. My wife uses it a lot for running and she also prefers it over the Garmin.

The Garmin does have better directions, so if you are touring by bicycle in a new area then it may be the better choice. Then again. most people have a smartphone so you could just use the maps on your phone and save some money by getting the Element. Ideally, you could order both the Garmin and the Wahoo and see which would work best for you.

I can’t envision myself buying something so expensive, even if I was rich. It just seems too over-priced for a brass lighter. Then again, I wouldn’t mind buying a high-end sports car like a Lamborghini if I was rich, so I guess everybody wastes there money on something. I do like the lighter, I just wish there was a more affordable alternative to the Knoxx lighter that still looked as sharp as this one does.

Walter Sobchak is my all-time favorite movie character. John Goodman was such an amazing choice to play that character. I always pictured John Goodman as Dan from Roseanne, but the movie The Big Lebowski showed me that he truly is a versatile actor.
