Anyone can play with their food. It takes a special kind of man to play with their tableware. Well, the kind who has the Castle Dinner Set, anyway.
Designed for kids, this castle play set can be broken up into separate pieces that you can actually use to eat dinner. By you, of course, we mean your kids. And if you don’t have kids, then just keep telling yourself you’re buying it for your future kids.  It feels less embarrassing that way.
When assembled, the Castle Dinner Set creates a nifty-looking toy castle, measuring 7.5 x 9.5 x 5.75 inches.  Sure, it’s not as elaborately detailed as that LEGO castle you put together when you were a kid, but you weren’t able to take the pieces off that and use the bricks to eat macaroni and cheese either. With this set, you can.
Taken apart, it breaks up into a cup, a bowl, a partitioned plate, a condiment holder, a spoon and a fork, making for a complete dining set for one. All pieces are free from BPA, lead, phthalate, PVC and paint, so it’s safe to use for handling food. They’re also dishwasher-safe and microwave-friendly.
The Castle Dinner Set is available in two styles, Princess Platter (pink) and Knight’s Meal (blue), priced at $19.95.
