Sure, Bruce Wayne can probably just create a custom Batman sled for speeding down steep slopes in the winter. But why reinvent the wheel when somebody already made a downhill sliding vehicle that looks fit for a Dark Knight? Yes Batman, just go order one of these Stealth-X Sleds and save yourself the hassle.
Made by Snolo Sleds, it’s a pro-quality sledding machine that will make your friends’ wooden, plastic, and bean bag sleds crash themselves in shame. And they will do it while crying “While is life so unfair? Why wasn’t I born awesome, too?” Or something like that.
The Snolo Sleds Stealth-X features a main shell that measures 33.8 x 19.4 x 9.8 inches, with a pair of skis in the rear and another one out front. It comes with easily detachable parts that allow the entire assembly to compact for strapping in your back. Combined with the light weight of 18.7 pounds, that makes the whole thing relatively hassle-free to carry while making the trek uphill. The light weight is achieved by the use of carbon fiber throughout the sled’s construction (body and skis are all cut in the material), which is also responsible for the stealthy, Batman-worthy appearance.
Ensuring the Dark Knight gives it some serious consideration, the combo of material and design allows the sled to ride downhill at speeds of up to 40 mph, so superheroes don’t waste any time when chasing bad guys down the slope. Granted, that makes it a tad too dangerous for kids to ride, so it’s probably a good idea to hide this in your personal Batcave to keep the young’uns from getting into risky situations.
Want one? The Snolo Sleds Stealth-X is available now, priced at $2,549.
